You are essential to the safety of our patients, our experience as coworkers, and to the outcomes of our organization. Nursing retention and a healthy professional practice environment are organizational priorities. This work is led by Nursing Retention Program Coordinator (Luella Glanzer, MSN, RN, CCRN-K), who is passionate about this mission. In collaboration with UVA nurses, a variety of strategies are in place to impact nursing retention using evidence-based practice and innovative ideas from frontline clinicians.
